Discount tariffs are only available to upgrade customers. Once you are in for a year and built up a good record with them, you will be looked after. I have been with them for 8 years, so they reward loyalty.

I got mine free on upgrade but I kept the same tarrif as I've got free evenings and weekends and only 25p an other time, including off network mobiles. Haven't seen a better deal than that, especially since all the networks raised their prices.
