@SubZero, i just had a scary thought........do you think posters with questions like ..."HOW CAN I REMOVE THE HISSING FROM THE T610 ?"
Or "I cant get the P800 to sync correctly" are actually people at SE support looking for answers.........

Well SE CS in the UK must not as they are the most useless bunch of muppets I can find. I thought phones4u were bad but after my totaly pointless conversation with SE CS today I have now found the worst idiots out there. Why put people on the end of a phone for SE support, when they could not even support them selves let alone assist anyone else. If this is a common thing with SE CS then maybe we should all hope we never need to ask them for help. If it was not foe the fact I love the products, I would have happily gone out and bought another product today, they were that unhelpfull.

I spoke to SE customer support yesterday about a hisser and they were v.helpful. She told me it was a recognised fault with them and told me I could send it to Celestica for repair. Then put me through to a automated line telling me what I needed to send etc. Guess you were unlucky!
