Answer to your q: YES you can! MMS is supposed to work worldwide and I have sent to and received from many countries including UK, US and asia. My SIM is almost 1.5 yrs old and supports gprs (dunno how but it does) check with your provider. MMS also works over WAP but slower.

It's recommanded that you goto the service company, even the tariff is not as attractive as the other, they do have some pro assist on hand
