i downloaded this program but it is not working for me. it says "waiting for reply" in the white blank screen and after 2-3 mins says "network error".
my gprs & wap setting are ok. but webviewer 3.0 cannot connect any web site.

The pages don't have to be xhtml to be viewed with the T610. I have made a small pure html page that can be viewed using my T610. Try here:

I have the same problem... what is your software version?!? mine is R1A081... I also checked my gprs settings, its working normally on wap...

I believe to make use of web browsing functions in java (T610), you have to have your 'internet' (apn) wap profile set up as the first/default profile. When your phone tries to establish internet connection, java borrows the settings from there.
If you are trying to use java applications like IRC/ICQ that use
sockets://, - that's impossible since T610 does not support sockets.
