There's a sofware: smartsms, which allow sending of ems picture but I have problem using the software, anybody kind enough to help?

where can smartsms be downloaded from?

I can't send the picture cos I'm from singapore and if I use SCMC gateway it will be consider as oversea call.
Any suggestion?
