@LammyDip
The really funny thing is that you are posting in a thread that is over a month old. When it was started all the details in it were relevant, but now it is sort of outdated because a camcorder program for the P800 really does exist (CamCoder Beta 1 by Philips) and I've been messing around with it a lot since Saturday. Did you really sell your P800 and get a 3650 because it couldn't record video? If so, I feel sorry for you.

why are all forums the same - a newbie asks a question and everyone go's (said in whiny geek voice) oh god, if you'd just take the time to read the forums your question is allready answered - god! and everytime someone decides not to be 100% serious and inject a bit of(albeit immature) humour, everyone go's (said in your dads voice) c'mon people this is a serious debate, stop messing about and lets get back to the serious topic of the on/off switch not working correctly etc..
ps
@bogus jimmy, no i didn't really get rid of my 'massive' p800 i've still got it and loving it - the 3650's a cool phone but the sounds sh it
pps.. i appreciate this thread is old but for any other new members like myself who would rather help than abuse heres the link for the camcorder app:

I've got nothing against humour!
Now let's get back to the serious matter here. The P800 Camcorder app and fuzzy bunnies. What colour you ask? It's up to your imagination.........
(If there is anyone who has been reading the latets posts on both My-Symbian & Esato for the last hour or so and understands what I am talking about I applaud you!)

Just find your local SE service center. I live in a relatively small city in Australia with a population of only just over 1 million and I had no trouble finding a place 10 minutes from me who where able to do my P800 R2F upgrade in a couple of hours.
