Great device. At least when I travel, I don't need to carry separate chargers for my notebook, HBH-10 and T68 and T39.
However, will this charger damage my phone and blue tooth bateries?

If you come to Hong Kong they carry the chargers for less than USD $7. You can find them at the computer shops right next to the pirated XP software. They carry chargers for almost any phone. I have used them and they are great when you are traveling on business. All I do is plug it in to my computer while I am doing email.

I can second that, this is a really handy little thing when you're away from the office, just a thin light cable to carry instead of a bulky charger. These guys do them in the UK for under £2 (US$3):
