1. Remove Torx Screws ...


2. Lift up black back cover with your fingernails and push back carefully ...


3. Pull up antenna (green) at the corner and extract it carefully ...


4. Remove Torx Screws ...

Oh well...

Just picked my new T610 completely to pieces.
Here's a little tip for you guys feeling doing the same...

The connectors to screen and keypad is insanely hard to get back together. UNLESS you realize that the little connectorpiece is supposed to slide in UNDER the white part but OVER the black part (if you open it up you'll see what i mean). I spent 2 hours without a working screen before i realized this (then again, i might just be a bit thick)
