im not shure if it is the same phone but i've used it and it is cool oh and for that @ss who diddnt belive me if you look at the z1010 it is a clamshell phone so im guessing they are nameing it the z6... because the z are for clamshell phones like the p are for the pda phones

The Z600 is the last phone from the doomed Sony R&D Site in Munich. Expect to see all the features of the t610 plus very good quality. You will see a much better LCD (usable in bright light condition!) and a right-sized keypad. Available from End of September 2003.
Dont buy a t610, wait for the Z600!
Forgot to mention the exchangable front and backcovers on the Z600. It is shipped with 2 different designs out of the box. Ok, it is a little thicker than t610, but usability, srceen brightness and quality are much better!

Cebit America recently to announce it and/or it would appear on their
coming soon page? The Z1010 is there.
