Ok my problems were solved all by them selves (I kept trying and trying to access my phone from PHONE MONITOR OPTION (about 15 min) I played with it trying to find a way to make it find my mobile when suddenly it found it without me doin anything.
Later yesterday a friend of mine brought his T610 and the same thing happened.

i bought a dcu-11 because i thought i can load tones and images from my pc to my t310, since my pc does not have an ir port. i also downloaded an image editor from the SE website. however, when i installed the driver for the dcu-11 and ran the image editor, my t310 didnt seem to be detected, PLUS, the dcu-11 didnt seem to be detected by my phone either... so the cable was basically worthless, being undetected by BOTH my pc and my phone. what did i miss here?
help me please... i dont want to be spending any more money on things i cant use.

ericsson mobile phone monitor 1.1.0.801
sendfile2.0.6
sony ericsson dcu11 cable and drivers
(the dcu11 drivers are also labeled as susteen_1.6.0.2_d if that helps)
windows xp
This setup works great for me. The connection tends to drop out occasionally, but its never a big problem.
