falves, can u post the actual settings PLEASE? mah sh*t doesn't work. im under cingular anyway. guide me please? thanks

cadcad - Public Wap Gateways allow you to browse wap sites without having to use the wap gateway provided by your carrier. Often, the wap gateways from major carriers are not set up to allow users to go to all sites or might have features missing (such as not allowing color images). With a public gateway, you can use a data account to connect to your own ISP and use that public wap gateway to access more sites with more features.
rjcism - To set up your T68 to use Cingular's My Wireless Window service go to:

The directions there worked perfectly for me. If you want to set up wap using a public gatway, make a new data setting, but use the phone number and settings for your own ISP. Then create a new wap setting and use one of the public gateways above. The Ericsson developer gateway is a good choice.

Hi there,
I updated the original post again to reflect the fact that I can no longer make the Ericsson developer gateway work... Is anyone using this gateway successfully? If so, have there been any IP, Username, or Password changes recently?

The Ericsson developer works again! I think this is a case where my results will probably keep flip-flopping, so I will assume this gateway works most of the time and will only update the status if I find that it does not work for an extended period of time...

any (free) software out there that allows you to set up your own gateway? cause i cant make any of those work
and my provider has some sort of limit that prevents me from dl'ing files larger than 10k or something around that...
