mine wasnt locked and mine has less memory than yours so I dont think it has anything to do with that.
I was thinking, are the phonebook contacts & sms stored in the dynamic memory or somewhere else? if they are stored in the dynamic memory but but not shown in the memory status then that may explain the differences highlighted here. just an idea but its probably wrong.

When I view my memory status in Dutch it only shows the memory used by My Sounds and Games.
In English I can see everything!.....
