Have you ever had any proper experience in bluejacking (or even normal bluetooth usage)? I have, and I've owned all the phones listed below - including the 7650, so don't think you can make up the functions, or lack thereof, of a phone to me. Goto 'my phone's visibility' on the 7650 or 3650 under the bluetooth menu - you can change this to hidden, shown to all, etc etc. Guess what - this means it is the
discoverability settings which you seem to think the phone does not have!!

page 115 of the 7650 manual shows the bluetooth menu you have. You can clearly see the 'my phone's visibility'.
Thus your second (the main) point is clearly wrong - apology would be gratefully accepted, though i don't expect you'll offer one. The first one is correct, default is shown to all - however, the same applies to every single T610 i've had. Default setting was discoverable.
Third point is thus right in some cases, wrong in some. My T610's had discoverability on by default (and modern
phones such as the P800 & T610 do not time out after 3 minutes, as the T68(i) did. Discoverability is on permanantly as soon as it is turned on.) Your experience may vary - depends on operator & country.
Final point - you can even see my SMan logs from mobilelife on my-symbian showing all the bluejacking activity undertaken by myself in the space of a few hours if you really want. Been doing it for ages, and I used to do it with a 7650 too

Fact of the matter is though, I've only ever managed to bluejack Dopia (r) users - and I get a BUSY intercity commuter train twice a day; I've never 'discovered' anything that I could tell to be something other than a Dopia(r) or a PDA.
(and on that note - man, you should have seen the PDAs Carphone Warehouse are selling! Garbage!! Can't fault their upgrade service though; got me R6A for my trusty T68.)

Ah well. Know what you mean about CPW though - aren't they still trying to shift their 'Pogo' rubbish? Think they were practically giving them away when i last saw them!
