I m sorry - M new to esato but I can't seem to get an answer to a simple question about 'whare can I get videoclips' for p800 ...all these posts about MP$'s etc but can no one just provode a site where one can just download VIDEOCLIPS just like the one as 'WORLD OF CONNECTIVITY' WHICH CME WITH THE P800 ? A SIMPLE QUESIONS ...WHERE CAN I FIND VIDEOCLIPS TO INSTALL ON MY P800 ....?? NOT ASKING FOR COMPLICATED mp$ DOWNLOds etc...just wanna know if ANYONE out there who has a site where I can get VIDEO CLIPS for the p800 ....please -- can anyone help ? SNW provided a website BUT the files are not recognised by ANY programs ...anyone else can HELP ? Thanks

well Rezzy there arent any posts for you cause it just isnt that damn simple to make an mp4 that is good. it takes time and dilligence which is why some of us are trying to create a place where we can ALL CONTRIBUTE to the process and get some entertainment out of our p800's. look for resources to help contribute and ways to convert files to mp4 as we are. hopefully we will soon have a cool little site with lots of content

i've been converting Scrubs episodes to mp4, averaging about 19mb/20mb per episode.

have also converted a 700mb movie (austin powers 3) as a test down to about 80Mb in watchable quality.

the pv author p800 profile at high quality does the job well...

i have lots of current movies that i can upload somewhere when details are provided. (most tend to be two halves at 700mb each tho)

the problem is that not every mp4 will play on the p800 - depends on the res that the file was encoded at...

edonkey has lots of mp4s marked for use on the p800, but a central server would still be a good idea. course you got the legality issue to deal with ...
