Well, you can't count the 60 SEK in monthly fee as part of payment for the phone since either way you need a subscription somewhere. If you bought the phone right off, cash in the store, you would still have to pay the monthly fee of 60 SEK to be able to use the phone.
So, what you pay for the actual phone is:
18x150 SEK = 3700
+
545 in the store
=
3245 SEK
