i think most who own t610 are previously SE users too, so they don't complain much as they are expected some problems or they don't mind them at all. and most likely those who complain about this phone are non SE users.
i love this phone a lot.

I think any phone they you get will have some problem or other. I think the couple of minor issues with the T610 are well worth still choosing that phone of the others.

I agree that every phone has it's downsides. Instead of just focusing on those on your phone it's better to compare them to other phones downsides. This far I haven't seen any phone being as good as the T610, not even the more expensive ones.

Well I'm a t68i > t610 user and am very happy with it but two others in my office are nokia > t610 users and they love the phone too.
