I'll stick it out with Semicon as well compared to the so called "SE Shop" in SM North... I even wonder why they were permited by SE Philippines to use that name for their outlet.
A lot of Semicon guys monitor this thread and some even post here. Those who do share our sentiments and they let higher management know our plight.

well, that's decieving... why would they name their store Sony Ericsson? (knowing thats copyrighted and trademark of Sony Ericsson..) freakin', now i'm starting to doubt if Nokia Store is owned by Nokia itself.. gees!

you're right, SonyEricsson is their trademark but "SE" is not.

it's good that there is SE serivce solutions to service our needs.
i bought an a2618 which hung after only 1 day. i was told that it would take a week for me to get it back. i told the lady, my phone is a communication device and not some stereo system i can leave behind. i want this serviced or replaced. it was serviced that night...take note, it was NOT that easy to get them to do it. INUBUSAN KO SILA NG INGLES bago nila ako pinagbigyan and i had to call up ericsson for them to coordinate with semicon. i guess you have to really show some fangs to these people to get your way. it's the usual filipino habit not asserting one's rights and these "establishments" only know that and take liberties with only too well. to semicon: a dissatisfied customer is your worst advertiser. if a unit needs replacement, replace! no questions asked. huwag niyo nang pahirapan ang mga customers niyo!
i bought an r600 in june 2002. to cut a long story short, it gave me problems. knowing the pathetic after sales service experience at semicon the previous year, i went straight to ericsson. it seemed the r600 model itself had flaws since i went back to ericsson thrice
they eventually replaced it with a t39.

my brother got a t68i at semicon a couple of days back. Im just curious. In the box its labelled as T68i. Sa keypads, walang chinese characters. yung r8a sw nya has english, tagalog, tieng viet.... . At the back of the phone it says t68i..03W24...Made in China. The imei numbers on the phone match the ones on the box.
can this phone be a t68ie in disguise? thanks.
