I went from a t68i to a t610. No regrets. T610 is the best phone out right now in my opinion. I look at it as a T68 upgrade. Its awesome

I did the exact same thing. I went from a T68 to a T616 and I love it. The only thing that I missed about my T68 was the flashing LED that told me that I had reception.

The moment I saw the T610, I fell in love with it. I bought it right away when stocks came here in the Philippines. With T610, you won't go wrong...big 65k colored screen compared to the T68i (i loved my T68, but T610 is just way too cool) Polyphonic Tones (good 'stereo' speaker compared to nokia's 3650 or 7650...sounds like 'mono') There is not a moment that I would use the phone just to see how good it looks, stare at the Display (Themes, cool background etc.) even before going to sleep, going through the menus and adoring the icons there Believe me man, you won't regret buying the T610...that is if you get a good one (no hissing, all those crappy vodafone thingee...etc.) Just be sure to test the phone before getting it ok? That's all i can say about my T610, other features have been posted already and almost all the features of the T610 are found in the T68i...its just like a big brother of the T68i. If all the posts here still couldn't convince you, it's ok...at least we have already expressed how lucky and happy we are having the T610. Cheers!

I don't have the T610, but I would like to get one. The reason that I am no doing that is because I want a phone that is going to have a huge change from my T68. I am not a kind of person who buys a new model with a few more feautures.
T68 when it was first introduced it was a unique phone that left everybody speachless, the first phone with color screen and MMS, very compact, long battery, nice design etc etc etc.
Really when the T610 was introduced it didn't impressed as much as the T68 did two years ago. The T68 was a revolution, and the T610 just an evolution.
I think that I am going to wait for something better than that, maybe the Z1010 or something newer. It is a waste of money to buy every new model every year. That's my personally opinion of course.

I have a T68i & bought a T610. Unforunately for me, on a Vodafone contract. Therefore promptly cancelled the contract due to those icone. However, I will NOT be replaceing my T68i with Sim Free T610 for two main reasons.

1. Screen is naff compared to T68. 65k colour is great but you can't view it properly outside.
2. Poly Ringtones as Soooooooooooooo quiet. I had phone in my pocket and called myself from my other mobile whilst walking down the street. Even though I KNEW my phone was ringing WITH vibrate, I could not hear it, nor could I feel it !!!

T68 wins on both accounts for me. Will wait now to see what SE do next.

I find this very hard to believe. I was playing tennis and my t610 was on the otherside of the court and I could hear it easily. OK it takes a bit of time to warm up but its loud enough.

I've upgraded from a T68i. I will never go back. T610 makes it look very dated. Granted T610 had speaker problems but once I changed the phone for a fixed one its been a perfect upgrade.

@doliver21 ~ Are you insane?? The T610 is gorgeous! The T68i although a great phone, looks cheap and plasticy in comparison.. Think you need to get yourself down to Specsavers! ^_~ ... ~Eva This message was posted from a P800

I have the following SE Phones T68i, P800 and the T610. Before I had the T610 I only carried my T68i sometimes because it had a kind of feminine look to it and the p800 is rather bulky . Now my T610 is always with me as it looks so cool.

Yeh u should get the T610, i did like many other people and I havent been disappointed at all. Its on another level compared to the T68i.
Everybody I know who's seen and played with my T610 have said how cool it is and they love the look of it. About 5 people have decided to buy one themselves after seeing mine!
I still have my t68i though, i feel very attached to it as its the phone that brought me across from N**IA and showed me what mobile phones should really be like! It'll always have a place in my heart
