Mwah that depends on how carefully u do it and with what equipment. Because if u have a very good torx screwdriver, it drives the screws exactly the way they were before u opened the case.

Well if the phone is painted black it's sort of obvious that it has been opened.

Jes thats true, but the difference between an official erricson silver and a blue cover is very hard to discover if the screws are put back with such a good screwdriver.

I am having mine replaced on Saturday - shop says they have Week 32 phones in now.

Anyone with a week 32 confirm what firmware they got with it?

TIA

Well if you have a T6 screwdriver as I have, you may wan't to take it apart but I pulled the screen ribbon wire out and couldn't put it back in!!

So claimed another on the insurance!!

and the insurance was that gullible? when I have claimed on insurance they have only paid out after a technical inpection of the damaged phone. Surely in this case it would be obvious what had happened?

Damn it!!

Swapped my phone today. Despite promising me that they had week 32 phones in stock - I got a week 28.

And the firmware is R1A!!

So I recently wasted about 10gbp going all the way to Southend to get the old one flashed - now I will have to do it again!!

What a bummer
