yeah but will you really use 3G at the current rates they are charging? I'm into new technology all the time but cannot imagine paying the proces they currently charge for the service.
Hopefully when more competition comes along things will get cheaper but I will prob still wait, especially as I travel alot, until 3G can work on roaming as 3G, not as standard GSM.

yeah but you can also use the z1010 as a gsm handset can't you?
and with 3 do you get a sim card? i haven't really looked into 3g yet as its still to young at the moment but 3 have some nice traiffs

yeah, Z1010 can be used as a dual band (900/1800) phone but its main purpose in life is as a 3G phone. Its probably worth checking out the 3G scene before deciding on this phone as a possibility for your next phone. Looks alone don't really cut it IMHO.
