You can change them yourself. You just need the correct size torx screwdriver to release the 2 screws under the battery compartment. It's much the same as the T68. Fiddly but possible. I'm on a mission now to find where I saw the facias for the T610. There was a link to a web site from Ebay.co.uk

Went on eBay and found one HK seller for T610 blue faceplates:
