Do it, do it now!
I upgraded from T68i to T610 a week or two ago and love it! It's just like a T68 only without the little annoyances. The menu and screen are better and clearer, it's easier to use (search this forum for loads of great tips and menu shortcuts) plus you get the camera built in.
With regards to attaching an external camera, I can confirm that the
MCA-20 will NOT work with the T610! It fit's but nothing happens. Shame, but there you go.
Make sure you get teh latest firmware (R1L013) or at least get it upgraded ASAP. That should help with some of the BT problems.

It has the same resolution as the built-in one, not the same quality tho...
