Yep told me they were the service centre for Nottingham... just hadn't had the software and system for T610 yet.

I find them pretty good in the CPW near Broadmarsh, guys at Listergate never as helpful and no repair centre which makes 'em worse!

Ok......there are only two places in Nottingham that can do it...TOMO on clumber street, but its not onsight..they send it away. The secons place is the one mentioned before in sandiacre.
They take two days to do the phone, but it definatly gets done in 48hrs. This place is an official SE service centre, so it wont cost anything. There phone number is: 0115 9218000 give them a ring for more details. Im taking my phone there next week to get software update!!
