I got my t68m upgraded and all my data was still there. I do not expect it to be any different with t65

No we dont any get sun over here... its always raining!! Kiddin.. its been quite nice over the last few days actually, this morning (its 9.25AM friday morning here) its gone dull and cold again!!! Typical.. Never mind.. Im off to India tomorrow morning for 2 weeks and then 3 days in Dubai on the way back. Carnt wait. Will be great fun.... especially away from work!! YAY

Went to swap my phone and guess what? SE service returned me a new phone with all my Phone Book intact. WHen I inquired about it, they told me they transferred all of it from the old to the new for me since there's quite a few contacts there. ~225 numbers.
My Take on this..
Perhaps you can ask them, nicely to get it done?

There is one a usb one but they're not common, you could try the Infra Red if you have one.

At our SC, they will back up your phone info into their pc automatically
before they do an upgrading and re-download into your handphone after they have upgraded. Regardless on which models. But still they will ask you whether you have back up your info in the phone into your pc.
