Xmm maybe its the 3G network thats hungry for battery or the phones i dont really know but its the same to me if this happens.

i've seen the phones in the site you mentioned above and it's true... battery life sucks.... except few of the models like this one http://www.3gnewsroom.com/3g_mobile_phone_review/devices.php?model=e808Y but still it is quite limited compared to other 2,5G phones...
In the mean time i'll stick with my P800 who knows what the future will bring....

If our stand by is 400 hours and we complain imagine the 70 hours of this phone not to say the 40 hours of the others lol.My god its as i suspected before the 3g phones became reality they dont last one hour of use and some of us cry for the battery of the p800 with so big screen and so many fuctions (pda) im more than happy and if i hear one of you complaining about p800 then take a 3g phone and cry all day loll

@Arfi-Gorgona:

You post too much and research too little. The video conferencing is plenty smooth if you're in a densely covered urban area.

But then again I'm in the UK, so it works fine for me. But don't worry, the technical capability is there. Just let Greece's infrastructure catch up in a few years.

I 'd like to let you know that Greek mobile companies are more advanced than your british ones. We had mms just before T68i gone public. Also, GPRS has the speed of light. I came to UK and I checked myself the british companies. In Greece, three out of four mobile providers are capable of providing 3G, TODAY. So, YOU better search before you talk.

Yes its as smooth as the 4 frames per sec allow it smooth like a slide show niceee lolll if the 4 fps i read in a review is smooth for you at least for me 12fps is a logical one to make me buy such a phone oooh and i forget something how many batteries do you have 3 or 4 to make yous mobile last a day? lolll its pathetic!!!!!!!!!

Grapas as tous re grapa na lene tis pipes tous

I had a NEC E606 on 3 in the UK bak in May. I used to take it off charge at 8am and the battery would be flat by 10pm! Not even a full day with low usage (I hardly made any calls with it)! It came with two batteries and two chargers, but as you can only charge the batteries in the phone, the second battery was pretty useless. I returned it within the first 14 days 'cos I couldn't live with the battery life (or lack of outlook synchronisation). It did have a good colour screen, though.

Jkertcher: Thanks for the info

I dont think they last long if the battery life is so small i dont know anybody who likes a phone that need charging with medium-heavy usage at least 3 times a day.This isnt a phone then its a pain in the a$$ and with a full day of usage maybe 4 full batteries needed.Its pointless to have a phone if you dont use its features.

and superfot i think this is for all the 3g phones i dont really know if the sony is the exeption i think the 4 fps is for the 3g net but i hope at least the battery life is bigger if it isnt then its worth nothing for me.

Xmm i look almost every site with sonys new phone and none
says nothing about the battery i smell a fish here lol

in some sites i see spare some info that the 1010 have similar battery life as 2,5 phones but if i dont see this in sony web i dont know if its true .
