You're right. My phone can freeze from time to time too. I don't know under what conditions. But yes, it does -- but not very often though.

It often happens to me after using some GPRS service, and T68 dont works so well with Tele2/Comviqs net, but thats not my problem as I sees it
I bought a phone made by Ericsson and it should work properly - otherwise its in for service/repair immediately!!

my t68m will freeze frm time to time .... does any one of you have similar problem ? i gotten a new set from ericsson but the same problem still occure .... most of the time it happen when i plug in the HPR 11 fm/reciever or the normal ear piece ..
a very common problem... one solution can be to disable the GPRS service (Connect -> Data comm. -> Pref. Service -> GSM only)... but... doing this will also disable the possibility to use GPRS when using WAP...

Doent it switch to GPRS if you tries to access something with your GPRS settings? Doesnt it only means that the phone turns off the "auto search" för GPRS service or something like that?! I use Comviq and has their GPRS settings as default, and if I´ll choose GSM only and then waps it uses GPRS! Otherwise I would have seen it on my bills!

I´ll try it right a way - hold on...
Tried and all seemed like I used GPRS, but about that bill thing, that it doesnt say anything bout it from Comviq, is it so that WAP is free until end of May to?

I've also had a problem with the phone freezing when you try to exit the mp3 playlist, so what I do is to press and hold the red button so that it goes back to the standby screen. No problems after that!

Hi,
A few answers:
The problem using GPRS with Comviq/Tele2 is because some missconfiguration when they upgraded their network. Comviq have
confirmed that the problem is in their network and not it the
phone. I think it's time to stop blaming SE for everything evil in this
world.
And the fact that the phone freezes when connecting MP3 or radio
have never occured on my T68m/T68i. But it's probably a software
problem.

it's not just with Tele2/Comviq there is problem with the GPRS service... know several people with for example Telia Mobile (another swedish operator, for those of you who doesn't know

) that has the same problem.... and the problem is not just in Sweden...
