many providers are discontinuing T68i the moment they run out, because they have the T610 in stock now and it is a real seller. Why use the previous model then?
The T3xx series is somewhat different and still sells (somewhat surprising to the population of this forum maybe, but it's been out for less then a year in the US for example) and there is still a market for it

The T68i and the T610 are so different in style and some features that they could easy sell side by side. But the T300 and the T310 are so similar they could never sell side by side. Screens are the same as are most features apart from the T310 having voice dialling. So I do not agree, I still think the T68i should be sold.

I would especially buy it because of it's Bluetooth connectivity for syncing with my Mac's calendar en address book.

I have had five T68i's and two T68m's, and not one of them has ever given me bother. The reception issue seems to be with the people from the US, they seem to be the ones who are have bad reception. As for just switching off well there maybe one or two that do that, but I for one have no had that happen to any of mine. I do not find the OS to be slow but then if you use a nokia then maybe it is.

As far as speed is concerned, I don't think that'll be a major problem, a my current phone is a Samsung A800. It is the worse and most uselesss phone I've ever used. It's extremely user-unfriendly, the flip display broke after 6 months and it cannot communicate with any other device...
Anywooo, I think I'll check out this store and let you guys know what happened
(don't hold your breath though
)

I would second that. T68i is great value for money. You just can't get a phone with as many features at that price. It is true that the OS is a little sluggish, but it's perfectly functional and acceptable. As for reception, I have no problem with it and I would even say it's a tad better than my T39m (same network, location etc). The only people who complain of reception problems are US users who use 1900/850 bands.
