It is a limitation of XTND. I am using another piece of software to synchronize my phones (P800 and T610) via Bluetooth. I'm running Windows Server 2003 and only managed to get bluetooth working perfectly with some software called Bluesoleil which I hadn't heard of before. It's an evaluation version but so far, I can't find anything it can't do. It does a full synchronization of both my phones with Outlook 2003 (Retail) - it even comes with its own synchronization software for Outlook! I use Bluesoleil for the T610 and I use

Communication Suite 1.5.1 for the P800 and both working just fine on Windows 2003 via bluetooth.

yup I tried but sucks cause if u have multiple entries on 1 name!! it only chooses what it wants to sync like phone (h) phone (w) but if u have 3 entries for phone (w) only one entry got saved!
It saves 2 work numbers, 2 home numbers and a mobile. As long as you don't go over this number they will map to Outlook but not display on the main window you need to go into 'all fields' to view them but this is no different between 2002 and 2003.

Has anyone tried to upgrade from the dodgy version to the full release version?
