Pressing "c" when the phone is ringing will mute the ringtone.

Another tip (works with most newer Ericsson/SE phones). When someone calls you press the volume button up/or down once to turn of the sound of the phone (+ or - sign on the T610). Or press the volume button up or down twice to give the caller a busy tone. Very handy, and I use it alot

When you play Mophun games use + or - volume keys to turn on/off game sounds
Maybe it works with Java games but i did not try it.
