£5 quid's a rip off for such shoddy headphones. the pound shop sells more reliable head sets. Get your self a proper 2.5 - 3.5 mm converter not that huge stick thing from maplins!

I in fact never use the headset, i have a BTcarkit and i never use the P800 as a walkman, i have a Archos 20Gb for that

pulling out the plug is not a difficult task to do when wanting to take a call. If it is a major issue you can get converters with mic would you like a link?
Moral of the sotry is if you wish to use p800 as a music player you should help the audio out put by using HQ headphones.

A P800 i snot a walkman... sound is not the first and most important thing, it's just a usefull gagdet
