Opera is a web browswr ONLY.
It CANNOT be used to browse WAP pages.
To browse wap pages use the standard SE browser

Go to
www.my-symbian.com and then go to the UIQ Forum. You will find the solution to your problems. The problems you have encountered were encountered by others and have now been resolved by going to the appropriate thread at My-Symbian.
In brief outline (you MUST go to the link I have given for full details), install on C:, then uninstall, (if already on D: then uninstall, reinstall on C: then uninstall), now install v6.20 on D:
The new browser is stable for me and is much nicer than previous version. I think there are some issues as far as how it interacts with certain other progs on the phone. But check the relevant forums for info.

nope nothing there i havent tried, and ther thread that i found with the same 'open web page' problem i have had no solution posted..
