Is it possible to send a MMS to non MMS phone but it has to have GPRS and email like SE Z200. Then you can send that MMS to a POP3 email that can be recive through GPRS (SE Z200).

z200 doesn't support emails though it has GPRS.
masseur already posted it, and i'll simply echo it. the operator (usually) sends a
regular SMS telling you the URL of the MMS message where you can view it from the internet using your PC's web browser.
the content of the sms would be something like mobeca described: Quote: ip direction then numbers and letters.
An internet URL which you type into your browser so you can view. A password is also sent along with the URL so you can open the message.
