If the reciever replies to the message it wont reply to u - it will reply to the number that the message supposedly came from. Or if u've just entered some normal alphanumeric text the reciever wont be able to reply at all.
Basically - u can set a name (e.g. "The Devil"), or a number - real (e.g. "+447944050078") or fake (e.g. "666"), and a message (e.g. "I want your soul!"), to a real mobile number (e.g. your mate) and they will recieve a text message like this for e.g.
SENDER: 666
MESSAGE: I want your soul!
(of course the reciever cant reply to 666 as its an invalid reply number)
or
SENDER: Daddy XMas
MESSAGE: What do you want for christmas my friend?
(relpying to the number "Daddy XMas" which isnt even a number(!) is also impossible!)
or
SENDER: +4407944056768
MESSAGE: Jon, I'm pregnant! Im against abortion so I'm gonna have to keep it! Lucy x x
(which can be replied to as the number is legit - e.g. could be a fake message from a girlfriend! Of course the reciever should have this number stored in his phonebook so the name he has associated with this number will be displayed e.g. "Sexy Lucy")
