I had my SE two times in repair, but it was software problem and broken joystick. They changed the motherboard. Had Siemens C45 one week and I think it is horrible phone. The keys are small and it has horrible typing.

Another question is, does this include software upgrades? As quite a lot of people leave there phones at service centers to get a software upgrade, even though there isn't really any fault with the phone.
Also quite a few T610 had to be repaired for the hissing problem when the phone was launched.
As always anything can be proven with statistics

erm..... i don't really validate any statistics like that without some proper back up.
Are these percentage of phones being sent in for repair (including really really old ones)? Or phones with factory error?
Just in Norway and nowhere else? Also a bit typical. Is it related to volumes of phones sold? For example.. 1000 phones sold, 800 of which were SE phones, 100 Nokia and 100 Siemens. (just an example)
Then 4 phones come back for repair... 2 SE's, 1 Nok and 1 Siemens. So if I were some suggestive writer... I COULD state the 50% of all phones being sent back for repair are SE's. That's not the same thing as 50% of all SE's are being returned because of some error. get my point?
Please link me to the article.

thanks.

@Vlammetje
If you can read norwegian (which I doubt

) ....
then click here...
Note that these results come from a store chain...

Quote:Sony Ericsson dårligst på kvalitet
Feil på over halvparten
Nope I can't really make it out

do we?
maybe you would be so kind as to provide proof of that as well then?
and this article seems to have created enough of a stir in Norway to make people wish to post it plenty of times.
Which may mean there is some thruth to it.... or it is very suggestive reporting.
Either way it won't do for us to comment unless we know what has been said and I cannot read it.
There are no such numbers in my country... even tho

is selling like never before. that in itself makes this report questionable.
