that's a very old design from the now cancelled Z700 project.
it was criticized as a dated design on a new platform. so the whole project was shelved.

This is quite interesting looking at all SE's trademarks.
Interestingly, both P810 and P900 are registered. Also anyone heard of CommuniCorder, Minds-I/Eye and Mindfield? CommuniCorder sounds like a clip on camcorder attachment, like the CommuniCam.
Quickchat sounds intriguing, possibly something to do with AIM that was supposed to be on the t610? just an idea.

Yeah it seemed from screenshots that the z700 used the same kind of OS as the p800/p900 use when their flip is closed.
But whether the phone just was similar to the closed p800 system doesn't necessarily mean that the phone was/would be running symbian... But it certainly would be cool to have symbian running on such a phone...

They had a great design idea with the T610, T300 and now they are going back to the prehistorical Sony-look from 3 years ago... same mistake has with the P900.
It's not because it's new that it's better... that design, that's just going back in time, and not for a good design, that's for sure

Yeah but this was before the t610, t300. It was announced at the same time that the original P800 was announced... This product has been long dead since...
