which countries can send MMS? and how much does it cost?? a lot more than sending an SMS i'm assuming..

i took picture using the mca20 then send it via email, coz mms doesnt work yet.
took around 3mins and 70K to send the picture attachment
hong kong and south africa has the camera already.. dont know the price...
i dont know how to set up the mms settings...

I saw a phone company with good feedback selling the T68i and the new communicam together for just under £500 on eBay so its out in the UK.
