I guess it will be around mid-November to early-December if they take 1 to 1.5 months to release it in Singapore. Too good to be true?
I saw in Hardware Zone (I think) that someone asked SE Philippines when P900 will be available there. The answer (trough email): NOVEMBER 2003.
So, why not in Singapore?

From here we can draw a conclusion that different phones will be released at different time perhaps according to demand.
So maybe
will think that the demand for T630 is more than the P900, then they will release the T630 first. (I hope not)
Anyway, does anyone know where to get an insurance for a phone in Singapore? I plan to insure my phone.

I just hope that my theory is correct:
Z600's profit margin is much higher than Z200, so say for each Z600 sold the profit they make maybe much higher than that of each Z200 sold. If this is the case, then the P900's profit margin will be even higher than that of the Z600... hmmm... how I hope that this theory is correct

So, start saving. Eat what your mom cook instead of eating out, and don't pub so often anymore.
