emailed SE twice now and no reply. it's been 2 weeks... are they normally this bad? Also, does anyone else have "impact wounds" on the screen due to the "ears" breaking whilst in pocket? very bad....

My keypad is on its way out too, though its holding in there with the aid iof some glue.
Seems the keypads are a bit on the delicate side.
Anyone finds a site with cheap replacements, post it in here for the rest of us guys.
