hello there, i've placed an order at mptelecom.de for a p900
and i've transfered the money though bank account.
there is a week now and noone answers my e-mails i've send them
about the progress of the order...
i'll try to call them on monday..
anyone had the same experince with mptelecom??

I did pay mine on 3 of november still do not get nothing, is difficult to talk with them but they answer from time to time, they are not so fast answering emails, they donīt have tracking numbers on deliverys(ŋ?), I am waiting to get my P900 on monday if I dont get it I will start getting very afraid I also have a problem with my bank that transfered two times the same amount, last talk with them they asure me they will return my money and that on monday I must receive the P900 I have already paid, I hope everything is ok with them, i will inform here.

Strange I have had no problem with me they respond in about 1-2 hours, in fact the other night they read and responded to me at about 11.30pm!
Not had mine yet although I got the confirmation of my order on Friday afternoon but a lot of German is off on Fri afternoon so don't expect anything more until Monday but I'm doing C.O.D. so if they don't send it they don't get the money!

they have changed their site a little. Now in track and trace says that
they gonna send tracking numbers so we can track online the order.
no number for me yet..

i called them today asking about my p900 order and they spoke to me very kindly. there was a problem with my payment but now they have solved it... so if you have a question about your order, don't e-mail them! pick up your phone and CALL THEM! they said that i'll have my p900 in 3 days.. i will inform.

I did call them today for about an hour from 13 to 14 pm with no answer, but they did answer my email, like allways they say no problem donīt worry etc, that I will receive my mobile soon, and my moneyof my double payment will send back in a couple of days due to bank delays etc etc, letīs hope I will inform here as well I still do trust them though.
