i dont think they have the mms upgrade yet in dubai......when i spoke to him last week, he mentioned that there wont be one in dubai, first bcs the network does not support it and second maybe if it comes out later it will be late end of this year......
but i think u can upgrade there at no charge
i am thinking of going back to Dubai next summer
