Quite annoying..
But you are till now the only one who has problems... Mine works perfectly!
I just lost my specific application folder list, but that's a common problem with a lot of softawre like Booster for example.

The time problem seems to be linked to the American-English Dictonary selection. My phones primary lang is English, if i select American, the XP icons show ok. On the first reboot the time on flip closed is 7 hours behind! Some US State time probably. If i then select the English dictonary and reboot, no XP icons but the times right!

So the phone must think its in the US if its using the US dictonary, strange!!!!!

However, a strange thing is that after your phone is up and running after the reboot with English-American dictonary, and the clock is 7 hours behind, if you simply click on the Clock icon on the bottom statusbar, the time will reset to UK!

Ok, well my time issue has now disappeared after fiddling around! I only played around with the time & date settings/ticking daylight saving in Europe and after reboots, the time is still UK......

So if anyone is having the time bug, just play with the Daylight Settings and confirm time in Control panel and that should fix it
