Trying to contact you at moment with no luck.
I recieved the P800 this morning and the imei sticker under the battery has been tampered with , the sticker on box imei doesnt match the phone imei also.
There is no cradle either in the box.
I need to get in touch with you a.s.a.p to settle this matter.

Its possibly a service recon unit that was put back in the original box, the IMEI numbeers dont HAVE to match, as long as its not a stolen phone & i bet it isn't.
Cradle part is a bit naughty though.

I simply forgot the cradle as i had the final exam EVER of my degree so guess where my mind was...a million miles away! (finally my degree is done!
The phone was bought from a police officer so your right Pachy its legit! The box IMEI is diff cos he sold his wife's on ebay the same week and simply put the phones in the wrong box!!! Genuine mistake! Stooopid copper!
But fair is fair...I have agreed to give Jazzy a refund. I believe that there is nothing wrong with the phone apart from it ACCIDENTALLY having the wrong box....so i will advertise it for sale again.
You can see from my 480+ ratings on ebay that im legit so that states my case that this was a simple mistake.
Anyone wana buy a P800 in that case? £230 as advetsied before.
