Be very careful buying from CPW!
I phoned them up and the Mytalk 400 plan is not as complete as other people's!
They give the inclusive 400 cross network minutes, but you dont get the 600 free text messages that other places are offering
Also i tried their xmas special offer and apparently it's not advertised correctly either! If you go to the CPW website it says:
"For this Xmas only all camera phones are FREE, subject to a minimum service plan. You can choose from the stylish Sony Ericsson T610, the best selling Nokia 7250i or the elegant LG 7100, plus many more. "
... so the P900 is a camera phone is it not? ok but apparently they don't include the P900 - do i detect an advertising complaint here?

you may feel you have a right to complain to the advertisment people. Alas CPW have done nothing wrong by making an offer they are not bound by any contract. It can only be seen as a Treat to Invitation. You can agree to the offer and form the contract hoever the shop keeper can refuse to sell you the contract thus not entering an agreement meaning their is no breach of contract.

@vermania - not intirely correct - in the UK all adverts for products and special offers must conform to the advertising standards people. If they state "every" phone, then it must include EVERY phone - they print no terms and conditions on the offer page stating that the P900 is excluded from this offer.
BTW orange direct now have them in stock - £249.99 on the myplan 400 tarriff! a lot more than CPW!!

The highlighted sentence clearly states that ALL camera phones are FREE - the second statement about choosing FROM three phones is nullified by the fact it also says 'plus many more'.

you can certainly get the P800 free on a T-mobile 200 contract as part of that Christmas deal. I just called. 29.99 pounds per month for 12 months... and apparantly you get 300 minutes per month included instead of the standard 200...
but I guess you want a P900 anyway so that doesn#t help but it does show that the P800 is part of that CPW free deal
