got it... Diamonds are forever... can't remember the name of the bond girl though.

The MGM DVD release of Never Say Never Again featured 4 minutes of cut footage. The scene jumps from where Bond locks the Casino Bouncer in the closet to the scene right before the World Domination game. All the Casino Footage of Bond walking around the Casino and talking to Domino is gone.
They replaced these DVDs of anyone who noticed it and complained! (I was one!)
