for the P900 use the screw driver supplied with the package, for the P800 use the rear end of the stylus and pry it open as if you were opening a can of paint with a flathead screwdriver.

what kind of spots are you talking about.There are not spots in the display its like the hardware my ipaq has the same ones on it.There re set in a grid format.Not the Pixels

If you have one or two that are always brighter, or the wrong colour, then you have dead pixels, and you should try and get it replaced.

One of our P900s had one, and my P800 has one also.

well its not the pixel i am talking about the dots between the screens its laid out like a grid.

I have that too, when I admire my phone at an angle, say from the side....

I supposed it's just the phone, when I use it normally I dont see the dots. Doesn't really matter, does it???
