Currently having a P800 & P900, in useabilty terms, they are both as responsive as each other. Only thing I have noticed on P900 that appears worse to the P800 is less System RAM available (especially noticable when running Opera) but this might just be a different way that the P900 handles memory and still runs everything fine.

Saying that, they should have made a bigger effort with P900. Design & size is great but should have had 24 or 32MB system RAM, faster processor & take larger than 128MB DUO's

One thing I'd liek to know - does the fact that the P900 displays more colour really make a difference ? I ask because my eyesight is crap - I mean, I lost seventy percent of my vision ten years ago (I was 21) and I am half blind. A phone's screen is therefore *very* important to me, the better the display, the easier it is for me to read even if I have to put it at the end of my nose to do so.
Can you guys realy tell the difference between the P800 and P900, screen wise ? I understand that you can change font sizes on the P900 but not on the P800 ?

But trust me the difference in the screen is alot.

U Guys must be crazy!!!
P900 displays more colours than P800 so obviously it would be slow.
But u havent gone into details about benchmark test.
P900 beats P800 in 3D graphics and Fill rate. Thats why P900 is more capable of showing Movies in full screen and has a camcorder with sound.

The P900 has 2 others processor just allowed to 3d grafics, logic he is better then! loll
But a NEVER look at a video on such a small screen, why should i care.
In total is he slower then a P800, and that's quite impressive

nb:
And Philips is working on a much beter software then that camcorder of the P900, much smoother (16images/second). It will be available for both gsm and it don't use the API from SE, wich seems to be carbage if you listen to Philips

@badrat_rachael

Sorry about your eyesight mate, it is a very sad case.. :'(

I haven't got hold of the phone but everyone is saying that the screen is one of the best improvement from P800 to P900. The colours are more vibriant.

I am truly sorry for you my friend.

Rocky
