I did that with my other cover for my Z600 (I didn't like the striped cover so I painted over it) and the color coverage came out good, but what I can't do is get it shiny. If you compare it to the original covers that SE gives you, theirs is almost a mirror like finish. How do I achieve this look after painting and clearcoating?

I used car model paint and clear coat (I bought green paint that closely resembled the SE cover) but the results are nothing when compared to the SE cover that came with the phone.

i believe the Z600 that are being shipped to north america only come with the striped faceplate and a blue(?) you should lurk around and see other members from north america to see if you can swap.

I know a guy that is selling the green/silver Z600. But he sells it for a little bit more than the blue/striped version.
