i know some php coding and i have a CMS (phpnuke web site with phpbb forum). The problem is i have all that on my home pc server (have apache v 2& IIS 5, i have done it for my university project!) and i cannot upload fast enough on a web hosting site coz i have 56k dialup+limited numbers of internet hours per month (25 h). So basically i really want to help but i cannot know how? if anyone have any suggestions i am all ears

Well, it's great if we have som people that can code in both PHP and ASP.
I'd like to have a upload script, so people can upload their stuf easy. And design should be clean and with not so many pictures and so on, for mobile use.
What do you guys think?
