Ummm...
Sometimes mine does not connect. Make sure the connections are clean (sometimes just a small blow on mine solve the problem!). If not, see SE! Might do the same for mine actullay! Only connects 3/5 times!

Attach the cam and then turn your phone off and on again with cam attached. This might help. Sometimes when the MCA-20 has been plugged with some non-supported phone like T200 it won't work with T68i or T300 at first attempt. After the abovementioned off/on it usually 'wakes up'.

Yes, that did the trick for me as well to my T68i.

well guys, it's still not working. I've tried everything you said about how it might work but it's just the same. I don't know much about the "firmware" you mentioned but my phone was given to me by my brother, When you turn it on/off the logo T-Mobile pops up and he said that i'ts their wap service which I now changed to globe. Their net-provider is HafaTEL (Guam). Did that help?
my cam(MCA-25) works perfectly fine with my sisters T68i so I don't think there's something wrong with the cam, it's definitely the phone that needs attention.

To find out your firmware version push up at the desktop joystick to the right, then * then double time to the left then * again to the left and finally * and there you are. Hope this helps.
