Its P900. And yes i know that the battery gets better per day. But no-one wrote about only 9 hours, does BT play such a large role in the drainage. Come if i BT on I will only get about +/- 9 hours

Do you use SMAN or Tracker?

Suggest you do a few experiments to get to the bottom of this. Why not try not to use BT to what happens (remember to fully charge, over night ideally). Would be keen to hear about your results. I get 48 hrs and I use all the facilities but I turn off BT when I don't need it (e.g. at night). Also, when you got you phone did you let it charge over night?
Edit: Also, what do you mean by "all battery saving features enabled"?

BT should not put a drain on the battery at all.
I've had my P800 for just over 6 months now, and I can easily get 3 days light use out of it, occasionally 4, with BT set to discoverable. (even if left on all night)
It sounds more like rogue apps eating the battery. It's interesting that you don't have any 3rd party apps on there - it suggests to me that there might be an issue with the OS or one of the included apps - most likely the latter.

i get 6 hours tops on a fully charged battery on my p800. got another battery to test and thats the same. BT off and (due to my "bay" being busted) no apps running on memorystick. Could this be a firmware thing?

That's appauling!
You must have something open in the background for it to be that bad... perhaps camcoder? That killed my battery in 2 hours from a full charge recently. Another culprit is the Sega Master System emulator (SMSMan or something along those lines).

When i got it I left on for a full 16 hour to get a good first charge. same for the rest, left over night to charge. Phone is new and I have software iinstalledd but disable (terminated from the memory).
Question 2: What drain is there on the battery with multimedia games like vrally . If anyone has done this test?
